Training The Next Generation Of Plumbing Technicians

At Ray The Plumber, we believe in building the next generation of skilled technicians from the ground up. Each year, we select a small group of apprentices to participate in our in-house training program designed to take individuals with little to no experience and help develop them into skilled entry-level plumbing technicians.

Our apprentices train alongside experienced technicians in the field while also receiving hands-on instruction in our dedicated training center. The training room includes working plumbing systems, bathrooms, water heaters, fixtures, and faucets so apprentices can practice hands-on before stepping onto jobs independently.

We are always looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, and build a long-term career in the plumbing industry.

We’re also interested in hearing from experienced plumbing technicians looking to grow with our company.
